At Chicca Bella, we take great pride in offering quality products made with you and your pet in mind. We want you and your pet to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return of new, unworn, unwashed, unopened, or defective merchandise. Returns and exchanges are accepted on merchandise within 14 days of receipt.
- Items that have not been worn, used, washed, and/or altered.
- Items must be returned with original packaging and tags.
- Packaged goods must be returned unopened and in brand new, resalable condition.
- No dog hair, smell, stains on items and any other sign of use.
- Original shipping charges non-refundable.
Damaged / Defective Items
If you receive a damaged / defective item, please contact us with the order number and the product condition / reason for return within 7 days of receipt. Damaged / defective items must be returned to us securely packaged and wrapped. If we find the defect described in your email, we will ship you a replacement for the defective item(s). Otherwise, the original item may be shipped back to you.
All refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.
For hygiene reasons we are unable to exchange items that are not defective or damaged.
Please note that our items are handmade. Due to the method of production, slight variations, irregularities or imperfections may occur. We are not responsible for any injuries caused by our products, as we advise all accessories are only worn by children and dogs when fully supervised.
